Updated Sunday, November 27 Yes, the Giants do own a share of the NFC East lead. But that was one of the few pieces of good news to emerge from an excruciating 24-21 overtime loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Qwest Field. The Giants had three chances to win the game - three chances to take a one-game lead in the division race - but Jay Feely missed a 40-yard field goal attempt in overtime and tries of 54 and 45 yards in the extra period. The Seahawks finally took advantage of their good fortune and drove 47 yards after Feely's last miss before Josh Brown kicked a 36-yard field goal 12:15 into overtime. >>More For a closer look at Sunday's game, go Inside the Numbers! | ||||||
