Not in the Cards for the Giants
The New York Giants lost their second consecutive game last Sunday, falling to the Arizona Cardinals 24-17. With the loss the Giants record fell to 5-2 in the ever tightening NFC East.
The Giants scored twice during the game. The first score came on a 4-yard touchdown dash by Giants running back Brandon Jacobs; and the second score came on an electrifying 62-yard pass play to the Giants rookie wide receiver Hakeem Nicks.
The Giants are now 6th in the league in scoring. averaging 27.9 points per game and are second in the league in total offense.
Through seven weeks of the NFL season, the Touchdowns for Families program has raised $5,250.00 for the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance and the Healthy U program.

New York Giants Score for Charity With Horizon's BCBSNJ's Touchdowns for Families Program
Touchdowns for Families Program:
For every touchdown the New York Giants score in the 2009-2010 season, Horizon BCBSNJ will donate $250.00 to the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance. If the New York Giants make the NFL post season, Horizon BCBSNJ will increase its donation to $500.00 for each touchdown that the Giants score in each playoff game. If the Giants make the championship game Horizon BCBSNJ will increase its donation to $1,000.00 for each touchdown the Giants score in the Super Bowl.
