Fortunately for New York, all three NFC East rivals lost their Week 2 matchups, as Dallas and Philadelphia sit at 1-1 and Washington at 0-2. But that will bring little solace to the Giants as they look back on their turnovers, inefficiency in the run game, missed opportunities on defense, and special teams breakdowns that led to losing the first two games.

We have 14 games to go, we’ve been 0-2 before, we’ve dug ourselves into a hole before, and been able to fight our way out of it, and we did it with ‘team.’ But the performance level has to come up.”
