GIANTS HOST 12TH ANNUAL JINGLE JAM EVENT
BY MATT COHEN
On Tuesday, December 6th the Giants hosted their 12th annual Jingle Jam, a holiday party for over 400 foster care children from the state of New Jersey. More than 20 Giants players attended the party at MetLife Stadium, where the children enjoyed food, games, photo booths, and dancing. Four players dressed as Santa Claus and helped distribute the gifts. Each child that attended the party received gifts from the Giants and Nike, including a new jacket, duffle bag, winter hat, and a basketball, football or soccer ball.
"There's nothing better and this is what it's all about," said Jonathan Casillas. "It's good to be around and show them they have a big brother or a big uncle that's taking pictures with them or signing autographs."
"It's the best feeling in the world," added Odell Beckham Jr. "It feels better than catching any touchdown or any pass. I remember when I was a kid looking up to somebody and I remember wanting to be like them and do what they were doing it."
