GIANTS TAKE ANNUAL HALLOWEEN CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL VISIT

What happens when three members of the Justice League, a Ghostbuster, Darth Vader, Mr. Incredible and Fred Flintstone all get together?

Magic.

For the seventh consecutive year, the Giants’ rookie class visited Hackensack University Medical Center – Sanzari Children’s Hospital during Halloween week. As per tradition, each player dressed up in full costume for the visit.

A record 16 rookies made the trip this year to help spread some cheer. Divided into groups of four, players visited with kids from different wings of the children’s hospital to hand out candy, sign autographs, take pictures and lift spirits.

“It was a blessing to be here, to see those smiles on all those kids faces when we walk in,” said tight end Evan Engram, the Giants’ first-round draft choice. “We got to hang out with them and give them some toys, candy and hats. It was really cool to brighten their day.”

“We had a lot of fun,” quarterback Davis Webb added. “They were joking around. A lot of them are very artistic. They had paintings everywhere. They’re going through some rough things and we want to try and help as much as we can.”

Here are the rookies who attended along with the costumes they wore:

TE Evan Engram – Superman
