WR Rueben Randle
Randle, who caught two passes for 41 yards, including a 15-yard touchdown from Eli Manning, in Friday’s preseason game against the New York Jets, hooked up with his quarterback for a few nice plays on Sunday at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center. The top one was a double move by Randle as Manning found him for a long touchdown.

QB Ryan Nassib
Nassib, who earned his way back to second in the quarterback rotation and responded with three touchdowns to no interceptions against the Jets, put together a solid practice on Sunday. During 7-on-7 drills, he zipped a couple of nice passes to wide receivers Travis Harvey and Mario Manningham. Then the second-year quarterback took some reps with the first team in preparation for Thursday’s preseason finale against the New England Patriots.

CB Ross Weaver
The Giants customarily end each practice with a two-minute drill, and the offensive and defensive players always jaw back and forth on which side will win the final play of the day. Today it went to the defense, thanks to cornerback Ross Weaver, who has bounced around with a few teams since going undrafted out of Michigan State in 2010 and spent time on the Giants’ practice squad last season. Weaver wrestled away a ball intended for Corey Washington from Curtis Painter, thus ending Sunday’s practice.
