Henry Hynoski honored by USA Football

FB Henry Hynoski has been named to the 2012 All-Fundamentals Team by USA Football

Following his second season in the NFL, fullback Henry Hynoski has been named to the 2012 All-Fundamentals Team by USA Football, the sport’s national governing body and official youth football development partner of the NFL and NFLPA.

Hynoski is one of 26 players across 18 teams -- 11 offense, 11 defense and four special teams – selected to the fourth annual team and will receive a $1,500 equipment grant from USA Football to donate to the youth or high school football program of his choice.

A fan vote at will also determine team captains – one for offense, defense and special teams -- and USA Football will award a $3,000 equipment grant to each of the three captains to donate and an All-Fundamentals Team helmet trophy. Voting is open through Jan. 21.

The USA Football All-Fundamentals Team is comprised of players who exhibit exemplary football techniques for youth players to emulate and was assembled with guidance from a five-person selection committee:

CHARLES DAVIS, USA Football spokesperson, football analyst for NFL Network and FOX Sports
HERM EDWARDS, ESPN NFL analyst and former NFL head coach
