LB Chase Blackburn looks back on the 2012 season

Q: What was the best team moment of the season?
Blackburn: I’d say just finishing the season the way we did against the Eagles, just coming back fighting, knowing that we needed a lot of things to go our way but still the guys put it out there and played well and played the game to the caliber that we knew we should have been playing at.

Q: What was your best individual play of the year?
Blackburn: Probably this year was the fumble caused in the first Washington game, at the end of the game to seal the victory.

Q: What is one play or game you could change?
Blackburn: Three of them I can think of right now -- Pittsburgh going in with a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter, Washington down there losing by one, and Philly we’re in field goal range and had a couple things go against us and all of a sudden we’re backed up. So those are three games right there that you can think of off the top of your head. If we squeeze one of those out, we’re in the playoffs.

Q: What are your plans or goals for the offseason?
Blackburn: Back to Ohio with the family.
