Giants players make their picks on who they think will win the NBA Finals

The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs square off tonight in Game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals, a rematch of last year’s championship series.

And since the Giants know a little something about facing the same opponent twice when a title is on the line (i.e. the New England Patriots in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI), we asked current players which basketball team they’re picking to win it all.

“I’ve got the Spurs in six,” safety and San Antonio native Quintin Demps said. “I’m just a team guy. I like [Kawhi] Leonard a lot, but he owes me from last year. He missed some free throws. I haven’t forgot. But I’m just pulling for them. I like the way they play basketball together.”
