Financial education seminars provide players with opportunities to gain valuable skills in handling their personal finances and making decisions, retirement planning, and investing. The program is structured so that players are taught by college professors (not financial services companies), effectively removing any opportunity to solicit players to invest their money.

Financial management playbooks are provided to help players begin the process of documenting their financial goals. Playbooks are distributed to players annually.
