- Strong-armed left-handed quarterback who set several school records at the University of Kentucky.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
- Has played in 4 regular season games and 1 postseason game in his NFL career. In the regular season, Lorenzen has thrown 8 passes and completed 4 for 28 yards and 1 regular season rushing attempt for 2 yards. He also has 1 postseason rushing attempt for 2 yards.
- In 2007, he played in the 1st 2 two games of the season as the backup quarter and finished with 4 completions on 8 attempts for 28 yards…Inactive as the 3rd quarterback in the final 14 regular season games and in all 4 post season contests. Took over for an injured Eli Manning (shoulder) in the 4th quarter at Dallas (9/9) and completed 1 of 3 passes for 7 yards. Also played in the game vs. Green Bay (9/16), and hit 3 of 5 passes for 21 yards.
- In 2006, he played in 2 regular season games and in the NFC Wild Card Game at Philadelphia.
- Saw his 1st NFL action as member of the punt coverage unit vs. Washington (10/8).

- Spent the 2004 season on the Giants Reserve/Did Not Report List...Lorenzen participated in mini-camps but never rejoined the team for training camp...Spent the season at home in Kentucky for personal reasons.
