-           Originally a 5th round (165th pick overall) draft choice by the Giants in 2008.

-           Will look to rebound after back and hamstring injuries limited him to 5 games as a rookie.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

-           In his rookie season, played in 5 games, solely on special teams...Recorded 2 special teams tackles in his NFL debut vs. San Francisco (10/19)...Suffered a transverse process fracture in the preseason opener at Detroit and did not return to game action until the 7th week of the regular season...Suffered a hamstring injury in the 1st quarter if game at Arizona (11/23) and did not return to action...Placed on injured reserve on Dec. 17, 2008....Finished the season with 2 special teams tackles.

COLLEGE:

-           Attended the Giants' summer cookout at the Ronald McDonald House of NYC, playing games with the pediatric residents and their families.
-           Participated in the Giants Foundation Golf Outing.
-           Entertained pediatric patients from Hackensack University Medical Center at Coach Coughlin's Jay Fund Foundation Ice Cream Social, held at Giants Stadium.
-           Attended the Giants Kickoff Luncheon benefitting St. Vincent's Medical Center.
-           Joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield to host children from Children's Aid and Family Services for a tour of the stadium and autographs on the field.
-           Attended the Giants' annual fundraiser dinner benefitting The Ronald McDonald House of NYC.
-           Hosted a "Halloween Party" for pediatric patients in Tomorrows Children's Fund at Hackensack University Medical Center.
-           Served Thanksgiving meals at Eva's Kitchen in Paterson, N.J.
-           Joined Coach Peter Giunta and 13 teammates and fellow coaches at a "Sports Night" fundraiser to benefit the Holy Spirit School.

PERSONAL:

-           Engineering major, enrolled in the School of Engineering...During the summer, he mentors youngsters near his hometown of Peabody... Attended St. John's Prep in Danvers, Mass...Three-year starter and captain for the Boston-area power...Started at safety and receiver as a sophomore; safety, receiver and quarterback as a junior, and tailback and outside linebacker as a senior...Helped the team post undefeated regular season records in 2001 and 2002...Rushed for 920 yards on 104 attempts in 2002 and also passed for 9 touchdowns and ran for 642 yards as junior quarterback...The 2-time All-Conference selection added Prep Star All-East honors as a senior...Started for the basketball and track & field squads and was one of the state's top track performers, bests of 11.0 (100 meters) and 151' (discus throw)...Honor student and high academic achiever who participated in Johns Hopkins University Gifted and Talented Student Program and St. John's Prep Leadership Institute...Earned St. John's French Award in 2000.
