CAREER NOTES:
Mosley played in 27 games during his 2 seasons at Auburn, starting his final 24 contests at right tackle…Was credited with 25 touchdown-resulting blocks and posted 186 knockdowns…Also recorded 3 solo tackles.
2011 SEASON:
Mosley earned 2nd-team All-Southeastern Conference honors from the league’s coaches…Started all 13 games at right tackle…Despite playing just his 2nd season as an offensive lineman, Mosley produced 99 knockdowns and 13 touchdown resulting blocks for a struggling offense that ranked 100th among the 120 major colleges in total yardage (337.8) a game.
2010 SEASON:
In his 1st season at Auburn, Moseley entered spring camp as a tight end recruit, but after gaining 30 pounds over the summer, the coaches moved him to the offensive line in training camp…Backed up Lee Ziemba at left tackle for the first 3 games, but after right tackle A.J. Greene allowed 5 quarterback sacks in that span, Mosley replaced Greene in the lineup for the final 11 contests…Through 14 games, the Tigers went on to allow only 23 sacks…Mosley quickly adjusted to the offensive line, recording 87 knockdowns and 12 touchdown-resulting blocks for a unit that ranked 7th in the nation in total offense (499.2 yards per game) and 5th in rushing (254.8)…Made his Auburn debut in the season opener vs. Arkansas State and replaced an injured Ziemba in the SEC opener vs. Mississippi State…Was credited with 10 knockdowns as Auburn exploded for 519 yards to beat Oregon and capture the national championship.
JUNIOR COLLEGE:
Mosley enrolled at Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College in 2008, where he played defensive end and tight end.
2009 SEASON:
Mosley, then a 270-pounder, was a 1st-team All-Jayhawk Community College Conference selection…Moved to tight end in the 2nd half of the season and caught 12 passes for 229 yards (18.3-yard avg.) and 2 touchdowns, adding 59 knock- downs and 10 touchdown-resulting blocks…On defense in the 1st half of the schedule, he recorded 35 tackles (23 solo) with a 2-yard sack, 3.5 stops-for-losses, 2 fumble recoveries, 2 pass deflections and a blocked kick…Also fielded an onside kick for a 4-yard return.
2008 SEASON:
Mosley redshirted during his 1st season at Coffeyville Community College.
2007 SEASON:
Mosley enrolled at Georgia Military (Marietta, Ga.) Institute, but did not play football, concentrating on academics.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Mosley attended Jefferson (Ga.) High School, where he earned All-Region honors as a sophomore tight end…Over the next 2 seasons, he competed as a punter and linebacker…As a senior, he was an All-Region defensive choice, adding 1st-team Class A All-State honors as a tight end, as the Dragons compiled an 8-4 record, finishing second in the Georgia 8A ranks in 2007…Also lettered in basketball, earning All-Region accolades in that sport.
