CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
As a rookie in 2011, played in 11 regular season games with 4 starts and played in all 4 postseason games with 3 starts…Inactive for 5 games (10/16-11/20) with a burner suffered vs. Seattle (10/9)…In the regular season, he caught 12 passes for 83 yards (6.9- yard avg.) with a long catch of 14 yards and had 1 kickoff return for 15 yards…In the postseason, Hynoski had 5 receptions for 39 yards (7.8-yard avg.) with a long catch of 13 yards.

Made his NFL debut in the season opener at Washington (9/11), where he caught a 4-yard pass punt and made a key block on Ahmad Bradshaw’s touchdown run…Started for the 1st time vs. St. Louis (9/19)…Also started at Philadelphia (9/25), at Arizona (10/ 2) and vs. Dallas (1/1)…Had season-high totals of 4 receptions for 31 yards, including a 14-yarder, vs. Dallas (1/1)…Returned a kickoff 15 yards vs. Green Bay (12/4)…Caught 2 passes for 12 yards at Dallas (12/11) and 2 for 13 yards vs. Washington (12/18) …Started each of the final 3 postseason games…Caught 3 passes for 20 yards in the NFC Championship Game at San Francisco (1/22) and 2 for 19 yards vs. New England in Super Bowl XLVI (2/5).

Played in 31 games with 17 starts in 3 years after redshirting as a true freshman in 2007…An outstanding blocker, Hynoski finished his career with 37 rushing attempts for 143 yards (3.9-yard avg.) and 1 touchdown, and 40 catches for 283 yards (7.1-yard avg.) and another score.

Attended the Giants’ annual Kickoff Luncheon benefitting Hackensack University Medical Center.

Joined teammates to serve a meal at Eva’s Village in Paterson, N.J. for the clients of the shelter.

Attended the Giants’ Rookie Halloween Party at Hackensack University Medical Center, where the rookies dressed in costume and visited the pediatric cancer unit.

Attended the Jay Fund’s Annual Champions for Children’s Gala in New York City.

Prolific runner who finished 6th in Pennsylvania history with 7,165 career rushing yards and 113 touchdowns during his high school career at perennial power Southern Columbia Area High School...Named the Associated Press Pennsylvania Class A Player of the Year as a senior after rushing for 2,407 yards and 42 touchdowns on 206 carries, an average of 11.7 yards per attempt…Helped the school win its 5th consecutive state championship by rushing for 126 yards, adding 109 yards receiving and scoring three touchdowns in title game...Son of Henry Sr. and Kathy Hynoski ...Father was a star fullback at Temple and spent the 1975 season with the Cleveland Browns, for whom he had 7 rushing attempts and 4 receptions…Uncle Chester Hynoski played baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1930s…Born Dec. 30, 1988.
