Weatherford punted 12 times in the Giants’ NFC Championship Game victory in San

Punted a regular-season-high 9 times vs. Philadelphia (11/20) and at the Jets (12/24)   …His 463 yards vs. the Eagles were a season-high…Had a season-best 53.7-yard gross
average (3 punts for 161 yards) vs. Buffalo (10/16) and a season-high 44.5-yard net
average vs. Miami (10/30) and vs. Washington (12/18)…Had regular season-long 62-
yard punt at Dallas (11/21) and postseason-long 57-yarder in NFC Championship Game
at San Francisco (1/22)…In Super Bowl XLVI, punted 4 times for 163 yards, a 40.8-yard
gross average and a 35.6-yard net average with 3 inside the 20 and 1 touchback.
In 2010, played in all 16 regular-season games and 2 postseason games for the Jets…Had
a career-high 84 punts for a gross average of 42.6 yards and a net average of 38.1
yards…Tied an NFL record by placing 42 punts inside the 20-yard line. He shares the
mark with San Francisco’s Andy Lee (2007) and Arizona’s Ben Graham (2009)…His
4 touchbacks tied a career low…In 3 postseason games, Weatherford had 15 punts for
a 40.9-yard gross average and a 29.5-yard net average with 3 kicks inside the 20 and 6
touchdowns…Punted 5 times for a season-high 48.6-yard gross average at Denver (10/

1/17 and at Indianapolis on 1/24) after missing the AFC Wild Card Game at Cincinnati

Married to Laura and has a son, Ace, and a daughter, Carney…Majored in kinesiology
