Giants.com is pleased to announce the 2019 edition of the Giants Bracket Challenge: What was the best individual season in franchise history?

This is the seventh year of the Bracket Challenge on the Giants’ official team website. In 2013, fans voted Lawrence Taylor’s 1981 draft class as the best in team history. In 2014, David Tyree’s “Helmet Catch” in Super Bowl XLII was voted the best play. In 2015, in celebrating the fifth year of MetLife Stadium, Victor Cruz’s 99-yard touchdown against the Jets in 2011 defeated “The Catch” by Beckham as the best play in the history of the venue. In 2016, fans voted L.T. as the best first-round draft choice in team history. In 2017, L.T. was at the center of it again when his alma mater, UNC, was voted as the college that produced the best talent for the Giants. And last year, Cruz was voted the best free agent in team history.

The first round of the 2019 bracket begins with Lawrence Taylor (1986) vs. the play-in winner of Rodney Hampton (1992) vs. Mark Bavaro (1986); Victor Cruz (2011) vs. Joe Morris (1985); Eli Manning (2011) vs. Frank Gifford (1956); Y.A. Tittle (1963) vs. Plaxico Burress (2007); Michael Strahan (2001) vs. Osi Umenyiora (2005); Homer Jones (1967) vs. Tiki Barber (2005); Saquon Barkley (2018) vs. Charlie Conerly (1959); Emlen Tunnell (1949) vs. Phil Simms (1986).
