Holding virtually every passing record in franchise history, Eli Manning painted a masterpiece in 2011. He threw for a team-record 4,933 yards in the regular season, which was capped by 346-yard, three-touchdown performance with a 136.7 passer rating in the team's Week 17 victory over the Cowboys to clinch the NFC East. Things only got better from there. Manning completed 65 percent of his passes for 1,219 yards and nine touchdowns to just one interception in four postseason games. He was named Super Bowl MVP for the second time in his career.

Leading the Giants to their first championship since 1938, Gifford was named the 1956 NFL Player of the Year. Gifford did it all that season. He caught 51 passes for 603 yards and four touchdowns, ran 159 times for 819 yards and five touchdowns, threw two touchdowns, made one field goal and kicked eight extra points. Gifford earned another Pro Bowl nod that year, one of eight total in his career. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977.
