HALLOWEEN HOSPITAL VISIT WITH GIANTS' ROOKIES
BY MATT COHEN
Life in the NFL for a rookie can be rough sometimes. It can also be a lot of fun too.
For the fifth straight year, the Giants' rookie class visited the Hackensack University Medical Center – Sanzari Children's Hospital during Halloween week. As has become tradition, the rookies go all-out for the Halloween visit and show up dressed head to toe in their costumes.
Here are the rookies who attended and the costumes they wore:
DE Brad Bars – Gumby
S Landon Collins – Penguin
DE Owa Odighizuwa – Superman
WR Geremy Davis – Buzz Lightyear
TE Will Tye – Fred Flinstone
This year's costumes were selected at Party City by a trio of Giants' veterans – Cullen Jenkins, Mark Herzlich and Markus Kuhn.
"The best part of the day is just seeing the kids smile," said Odighizuwa. "Just seeing them happy, and glow, and being able to put a smile on their face and be a small part of their day is huge for us."
