Mike Shula

Offensive Coordinator


Mike Shula is in his second season as the Giants’ offensive coordinator. A 31-year coaching veteran, Shula is in his 28th season as an NFL assistant. He also served four years as the head coach at the University of Alabama, his alma mater.

In Shula’s first season with the team in 2018, the Giants scored 369 points after scoring 246 the previous season. The 123-point increase was the Giants’ largest from one season to the next in 85 years, and their largest ever when the seasons had the same number of games. In 1933, the Giants scored 244 points in a 14-game regular season, one year after scoring 93 points in 12 games, an increase of 151 points.
