The fan zone portion of the event will begin at 2:00 p.m. Main stage programming will begin at 6:00 p.m. Fans with event tickets will have access to the main stage area starting at 5:30 p.m.

Is this event free?

Yes, however, you must reserve a ticket to attend the main stage portion of the event beginning at 6:00 PM.

Are there seats for the main stage programming?

No, this event is standing room only and entry into the main stage area is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests needing assistance should call 1-888-694-1925 or see a Giants representative at the event.

Is the event rain or shine?

Yes, the event is rain or shine as it is held completely indoors.

Are tickets required to attend the Season Kickoff?

Standing Room Only Tickets are required to attend the main stage portion of the event from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Tickets are not required to attend the Fan Zone portion from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your tickets, please click here.

How are my tickets delivered?

Once reserved, you will receive a confirmation email from FEVO within 48 hours that includes a link to your tickets. Tickets will be available in your Giants account. You can access your Giants account either thru the Giants mobile app or at www.giants.com/myaccount. Please make sure you are logging in using the email address used to reserve the tickets. How many tickets can I get?

There is a four (4) ticket limit for this event.

Do all children require tickets?

Children up to 34" in height do not require a ticket to enter this event. All children over 34" require a ticket to attend.

Are group tickets available?

Group tickets are not available for this event.

No, the train will not run for this event.

Where do I park?

Free parking will be available next door at MetLife Stadium in parking lots D and E. Fans can enter American Dream via the pedestrian bridge. Paid parking is available in the American Dream parking decks.

Do I have to pay for parking? Do I need a parking pass?

Parking is complimentary and you do not need a parking pass for this event.

Parking lots open at 1:00 p.m.

Is tailgating permitted?

No, tailgating is not permitted.

Where do we enter?

Fans parking at MetLife Stadium should proceed up the pedestrian bridge into American Dream. From there they should proceed to A-1 Court on the First Level.

What time does the main stage programming begin?

Main stage programming will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m. To enter this area, a ticket is required and all individuals must pass through security screening.

What time will fans have access to the main stage area?

Fans with an event ticket will be allowed access into the main stage area starting at 5:30 p.m. There are no seats in this area, it is standing room only on a first-come, first-served basis.

What time does the event end?

The event will end at roughly 8:00 p.m.

What activities will occur at this event?

A Giants Fan Zone will be open from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. and will feature Giants Legend autographs and meet & greets, a kid's zone, live DJ, performances by the GLine, and free giveaways.

Main stage programming will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will include appearances from select members of the 2025 Giants team.

Will there be autograph opportunities at this event?

Yes, Giants Legends will be available to sign autographs. Exact players are to be determined and will not be announced prior to the event. Current players will not be signing autographs at this event.

Will food and drinks be available?

What is the carry-in policy?

We encourage fans to travel light. All ticketed guests will be required to go through a security screening prior to entering the main stage area.
