2.15 Touchdowns for Families Program

NEWARK - Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) and the New York Giants announced today that they had raised $35,000 for Children's Aid and Family Services as a result of the season long Touchdowns for Families program.

Horizon BCBSNJ and the Giants annouced they have raised $35,000 for Children's Aid and Family services.

"The Touchdowns for Families program was always about helping children in foster care find loving homes," said Larry Altman, Vice President, Corporate Marketing & Communications, Horizon BCBSNJ. "I wish to congratulate the Giants on their Super Bowl victory, their championship season and for their help in making the lives of needy children better."

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey donated $500 to Children's Aid and Family Services for each touchdown the New York Giants scored during the regular season, $1000 for each score during the playoffs and $2,500 for each score during the Super Bowl.
