When is the Giants Fan Fest?

• The Giants Fan Fest will be held on Wednesday, August 11.

What time is the event?

• Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and practice will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Where is the Giants Fan Fest being held?

• The event will be held at MetLife Stadium.

Is this event free?

• Yes, however you must have a ticket to attend.

How do I obtain a ticket?

• The Giants Fan Fest has reached its ticketed capacity. No more tickets are available.

Are tickets mobile for Giants Fan Fest?

• Yes, all tickets are mobile and will be accessible thru your Giants Account.

How many tickets can I get?

• Each person is eligible for up to six (6) tickets.

Do all children require tickets?

• Children up to 34" in height do not require a ticket to enter Giants Fan Fest. All children over 34" require a ticket to attend.

Where do I park?

• Parking will be available in Lots F or G, with overflow parking in Lot J as needed.

Do I have to pay for parking? Do I need a parking pass?

• Parking is complimentary and you do not need a parking pass for this event.

What time do parking lots open?

• Parking lots open at 3:00 p.m.

Is tailgating permitted?

• Yes, tailgating is permitted.

What gate do we enter?

• MetLife Gate

What time do gates open?

• Gates will open at 5:00 p.m.

What time does practice begin?

• Practice will begin at 6:00 p.m.

What time does practice end?

• Practice will end at roughly 8:00 p.m.

When will the fireworks begin?

• Fireworks will begin following the end of practice.

Are masks, proof of vaccination or testing required?

• No, masks or proof of vaccination or testing is not required. As permitted by current state policies, MetLife Stadium will operate at full capacity with no face masks or social distancing requirements. Fans who are not fully vaccinated are still encouraged to wear masks while in indoor public spaces. Fans are not required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test or show a vaccination card for entry.

Will there be enhanced cleaning measures?

• Yes, enhanced and frequent cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been implemented throughout MetLife Stadium, including the use of electrostatic sprayers and hospital-grade cleaning supplies. High-touch surfaces and high-traffic areas are continuously monitored and cleaned during and after every event. Hand sanitizer dispensers are widely available throughout the Stadium at entrances, concourses, and restrooms.

Is the event rain or shine?

• Yes, the event is rain or shine. However, in the event of inclement weather, certain elements of the event may be altered for the guests' safety.

Are footballs or helmets permitted for this event?

• Yes, footballs and helmets will be permitted for this event. For the complete carry-in policy, please click here.

Are strollers permitted for this event?

• Yes, strollers are permitted for this event. However, please keep in mind strollers cannot be brought into the seating bowl. For the complete carry-in policy, please click here.

Are umbrellas permitted for this event?

• Yes, umbrellas are permitted for this event, but we ask that you are mindful of the people around you when using umbrellas. For the complete carry-in policy, please click here.

What activities will occur at this event?

• Celebrate the return of Giants Football with a night featuring Giants' Legends, tours of the Legacy Club, practice on the field with the 2021 Giants team and post-practice fireworks.

Will there be autograph opportunities at this event?

• Due to NFL-NFLPA protocols, social distancing between fans and players is required, and in-person autographs with current players will not be available.
• Giants Alumni will be available to sign autographs. Exact players are to be determined and will not be announced prior to the event.

Will there be food and beverage available?

• Yes, concession stands will be open on the MetLife Plaza and throughout the 100 Concourse with food and beverage available for purchase.
• Attendees can enjoy $2 off Bubba Burgers and several value items at Franks Stands throughout the event.

Will there be kosher food available?

• Yes, kosher food will be available at Fan Fest.

Will there be merchandise available?

• Yes, the Team Store will be open with merchandise available for purchase.
• The Team Store will offer 30% discounts on sweatshirts during the Giants Fan Fest.

Will this event be cashless?

• Yes, Giants Fan Fest will be a cash-free experience. To reduce touch points, MetLife Stadium will now operate cash-free. Cash will not be accepted at concession stands or retail locations. Please pay with a debit or credit card using Contactless Tap to Pay or Mobile Wallet, Chip or Swipe. The Giants prefer Visa as a form of payment at MetLife Stadium. No-fee reverse ATM machines will be available throughout the Stadium for guests to convert cash to a prepaid Visa debit card valid for in-stadium purchases and anywhere a credit or debit card is accepted.

Is there a place to sit and watch the practice?

• Yes, there will be seats available in select sections on the 100 Concourse of the stadium where you can watch the practice. There is no assigned seating. All seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are tickets required to attend the Fan Fest?

• Yes, tickets are required to attend the event. To reserve your tickets, please click here.

How are my tickets delivered?

• Once reserved, you will receive an email within 48 hours that includes a link to your tickets. Tickets will be available in your Giants account. You can access your Giants account either thru the Giants mobile app or at www.giants.com/myaccount. For more information on how to access your tickets on your mobile device, please click here.

I ordered tickets for other people, how do I share them with the people attending with me?

• Ticket(s) can be transferred electronically via computer or mobile device. Simply access your tickets and click "transfer" and enter the email (or cell phone number if you are transferring from a mobile device). For more information, please click here.

What do I do with my ticket when I arrive at Fan Fest?

• Please make sure to have your ticket(s) ready when you arrive. Present your ticket(s) on your mobile device to an attendant at any gate. Your ticket(s) will be scanned for entry. We strongly recommend saving your ticket(s) in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Are group tickets available?

• Currently, group tickets are not available since the Giants Fan Fest has reached its ticketed capacity.

Will public transportation be available?

• NJ Transit will run a shuttle service to and from Secaucus Junction for Fan Fest. The drop-off and pick-up location will be in Lot C. *
