3 Standout players from practice (7/22)

The first interception of training camp went to Domonique Rodgers-Cromartie, a first-year Giant. The veteran cornerback tracked down a deep pass from Eli Manning intended for rookie Odell Beckham Jr. Good start to training camp with his new team for Rodgers-Cromartie, who picked up where he left off in spring football.**

  1. RB David Wilson**

He was just cleared yesterday coming off an offseason neck procedure, but you would never know it if you saw him in practice on Tuesday. Wilson practiced with the second-team offense as the staff tries to ease him along this summer. "I know we're talking about a very, very serious, serious injury but about two weeks after he's had the surgery, he's in the weight room and I have to slow him down," head coach Tom Coughlin said. "He's over there doing stuff with his legs. 'David, do you have any idea what just took place here?' Hopefully, hopefully it will go this way as we bring him along. He wants to do everything now. He's out there running back and forth like it's nobody's business."**

  1. Safety Cooper Taylor**

Second-year safety Cooper Taylor got off to a fast start in training camp and came down with an interception off a tipped pass from Curtis Painter during seven-on-seven drills. Taylor spent most of his rookie season on special teams, where he returned Damontre Moore's blocked punt for a touchdown against Oakland. Now Taylor is looking for a larger role.
