6th Round Pick LB Jacquian Williams

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - With the 202nd pick in the 6th Round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the Giants selected LB Jacquian Williams Southern Florida.

2010: Started all 13 games at linebacker ... voted a team captain ... tabbed second-team All-BIG EAST by the league's coaches ... led the team in tackles with 71 to go along with 2.5 sacks, 11 TFL, an INT and three PBU ... notched a tackle against Stony Brook ... added five tackles at Florida ... posted five tackles and a TFL versus WKU ... had six tackles and a TFL against FAU ... added five tackles versus Syracuse ... tallied five tackles at WVU ... notched six tackles, a sack, 1.5 TFL and a PBU at Cincinnati ... posted career highs in tackles (11) and sacks (1.5) to go along with 2.5 TFL against Rutgers to earn BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week honors ... tallied four tackles and deflected a pass that was intercepted at Louisville ... added six tackles versus Pitt ... led the team with seven tackles to go along with a half TFL, a PBU and a one-handed INT that set up USF's first TD at Miami ... led USF with seven total tackles, and recorded a career-high three TFL against Connecticut ... tallied three tackles, 1.5 TFL and a PBU in the Meineke Car Care Bowl victory over Clemson.
2009: Played in all 13 games, starting one, at linebacker and on special teams ... tallied 28 tackles, a TFL and a pressure ... posted five tackles, a TFL and a pressure against UConn in his only start of the season ... added four tackles in the International Bowl victory over Northern Illinois.

FORT SCOTT JUNIOR COLLEGE: Recorded 72 tackles, 12 TFL, an INT and a forced fumble in 2008 ... was named KJCCC Defensive Player of the Week after recording eight solo stops, three assisted tackles, one TFL, an INT and five solo tackles on special teams to lead Fort Scott to the first shutout against Coffeyville Community College since 1998 ... garnered NJCC first-team All-America honors following his sophomore season ... logged 60 tackles, including 11 TFL, as a freshman.

PERSONAL: Majoring in social sciences.
