Arvell Reese has been nominated for Pepsi Rookie of the Week following the Giants' 12-7 victory over the Titans in Week 3.

The linebacker was everywhere against Tennessee as he finished with a game-high 13 tackles (10 solo), including one tackle for loss, and a pass defensed.

Coach John Harbaugh awarded the 21-year-old with one of the game balls in the locker room after the win.

"He was definitely all over the field today," Harbaugh told the media about Reese. "He sprang onto the scene today."

Reese, who entered Sunday with 12 total tackles through his first two games, more than doubled his season tackle total in Week 3.

His 12 defensive tackles were tied for the most by any Giants rookie since they were officially tracked in 1994.

The rookie linebacker also performed well in coverage, according to Pro Football Focus. Reese surrendered just three receptions for 14 yards against the Titans, which earned him a passer rating against of just 79.2.

In addition to his dominant performance on defense, Reese also made an open-field tackle on Jordan Stout's 74-yard punt.

Through three games, Reese ranks first among rookies and second in the entire NFL with 18 solo tackles. Only Raiders linebacker Nakobe Dean (22) has more.

Reese has also racked up 24 total defensive tackles without any misses, making him one of just six players and the only rookie in the NFL this year with 20+ tackle attempts and a 100% tackle efficiency rate, according to Next Gen Stats.

LB Jacob Rodriguez (MIA): Registered 6 total tackles (4 solo), 3 tackles for loss, and 1 interception
