Michael:Do you think if Eli has another subpar season will the front office think about having him give some of that money back so we can keep Mario or Hakeem? And also, how about another quarterback to challenge him in 2012?Dear Kenny:
Another subpar season? Tell me when he had his first one. I think we no longer need to count his rookie season in 2004. Last year, Manning threw for 4,002 yards and 31 touchdowns. The yardage total was the NFL's fifth-highest total, the touchdowns the fourth-highest. Manning's record as a starter in the regular season is 60-43 (.583). He was 10-6 last season. In the postseason he is 4-3 (.571). I'm guessing you're talking about his 25 interceptions. How many tipped off his intended receiver's hands? At least seven. How many were thrown when the Giants trailed and he was trying to get the team back into the game, as he was in Green Bay? Who, exactly, is available that can come in here and seriously challenge Manning and put up those kind of numbers? Subpar? We should all be so subpar.

Michael:Domenik Hixon looked very good Saturday and  established himself as the leader for the third receiver spot.  I thought Devin Thomas had good moments also. His first two catches were on an out route and a slant that came on consecutive plays. And the first down catch he made where he spun away from a tackle and got first down yardage showed good awareness and determination.  Any chance both he and Hixon get work with Manning on Monday?? Thanks for reading and go Giants.Dear John:
Hixon has worked frequently with Manning in practice and I would think he would do so in a game, most likely as the third wideout. He looks good after missing the 2010 season with a knee injury. Thomas has made some plays and may get more playing time in the next couple of games. Whether it's with Manning I can't predict.

Michael,What is your prediction for this season?Dear Ramon:
I'm not going to predict a final record, but I strongly believe the Giants will be a playoff team with the talent they now have.
