CB Corey Webster

Q: Is it all figured out, how they are going to protect your hand for the game?
A: They've been trying a few different things. I think we'll have it by Sunday. Q: How's it been practicing one-handed?

A: I made a couple of plays, two interceptions. Confidence is good, but you would like to have both hands, but whatever I can do. If I can get out there and help my teammates, I want to be out there helping them. Q: Where does it affect you the most?

A: Well, I did it last week, and I made a few good tackles in the game so I didn't see it on the tackling. The most is just catching the ball. Knocking the ball down, it is what it is, to get there and knock it down is easy, but I like catching if I can. I think that will be the hardest thing. Q: How did you make the interceptions?

A: One-handed. Q: With your good hand?

A: Nope, not my good hand. Just one-handed, left-handed. Q: The right hand is the bad one?

A: Yeah, so I caught it left-handed. Q: Both of them were with your left hand?

A: Yeah. Q: Do you expect the Eagles to come at you early?

A: Yes, I've been practicing on catching the ball one-handed. That's what I do, so I mean, I'm expecting to have a few more balls come my way, and you know, that's a great opportunity for me. Hopefully I can make the best of those opportunities. Q: What happens if a ball comes your way and only your right hand can get to it?

A: I'm going to put my right hand up there and try to get it, yes. Not even think about it. Q: You are right-handed?

A: Yes sir. Q: How is everything else working?

A: You know, I've been practicing writing with my left. It's a little challenging, but you know, it's coming along. Eating is fine, I'm doing alright. Q: Have you ever had to wear a cast before?

A: First time ever putting a cast on. Crazy. First time. Q: In a game like this, with no Jayron, you and Antrel are banged up…Is there any level of concern?

A: Not at all. We always know we're playing a great team, doesn't matter who we play. We have a tough schedule, so we just go out there and live up for the challenge. Go out and compete, and I'm looking forward to winning. Q: With Prince starting, what did you think about last week and where has he progressed?

A: Just trying to get back in the flow of things. I think he was a little winded out there last week. He did some extra sprints, some conditioning things, running to the ball. I think he'll be fine. I think he'll be ready to carry the torch and keep on moving forward and progressing like he's been. Q: Are you going to wear the same cast you've been wearing in practice?

A: I'm not sure yet. We've been playing with a couple of different models, and we're not sure yet. Q: Where is the break?

A: I don't know, I think it's the second metacarpal. Q: So you can't move your fingers very much?

A: (Shakes head). Coe is going to be up, he practiced this week. He came in there in certain situations. He's going to be up and be ready. He's been practicing in certain situations and preparing like he's a starter so he'll be right there to help us if we need it. Q: What about Will Hill for that nickel spot?

A: He's good. He did it a couple plays last week. He hasn't done it for a full game, but he's been working in there. We talk and we communicate, I think that's a good thing we do with the younger guys, we communicate with them to the last minute, make it very easy for them to go out there and do their job. Q: Stevie Brown could fit in, too?

A: Yeah, he's been doing the same thing. He comes back taking some reps for Antrel. Q: Lots of injuries?

A: We've been doing this for the last couple of years actually; Ross had to miss about eight games a few years ago.
