Q:  Did you practice full go today?
A:  Did I go all out? Yep, of course. It's a big week. I'm not limited. I was out there getting it today. Felt good.

Q:  You excited to get this title defense rolling?
A:  Well, it's my first one, it's going to be a great season, I can already feel it. It's going to be a great season and we're going to give everybody all that we've got. We're going to go hard every play, there's no break for us.  We need to have that mentality to just go out and win football games.  

Q:  What's it like going into a season as the defending champs?
A:  It means a lot; everyone's going to give us their best shot, no matter what.  Every team is going to have a chip on their shoulder, they're the Super Bowl champions, if we can beat them, we can beat anybody. That's the mentality that we would have if we didn't win the Super Bowl and we were facing the team that did. That's the mentality that everybody has, but we have the mentality that we can't be defeated. We're going to go out there and give everybody our best shot.  

Q:  Do you have a mark on your back now that you're an All-Pro?
A:  Not at all. That was just something that was nominated to me, and it's all about hard work and how you play out there on the field. That's how I play.  

Q:  Teams are probably going to try and double you:
A:  I'm not worried about that. Probably when they scout you, they say, "He's an All-Pro," but so are Tuck and Osi. They're All-Pro's too, so who cares.  

Q:  You guys had a little bit of that chip on your shoulder last year in the playoffs:
A:  We love it, we love it.  

Q:  Do you still have that, "we can't be beaten," confident with you?
A:  We love it.  That's just a sign of respect that teams give us. We need to find a way to get around it, and get to the quarterback or stop the run. It's just a great thing, a great feeling; we just have to get after it. Me, Tuck, Osi, Linval, Rocky, and all those guys up-front, we just need to go out there and play hard.
