Q: How did the win feel?A: It felt great. Obviously, whenever you get the opportunity to get out there with your teammates it's a great feeling. We got some rust to shake off, but it felt good.
Q: How did it feel to get the first win at home?A: Anytime you come home you want to give a good showing. I think we were able to do that. We started out 0 and 1, and we definitely didn't want to go 0 and 2. Tonight's win was important.
Q: Do you consider this win an ugly win?
A: There's no such thing as an ugly win--a win is a win. With all the parity in this league, they are a part of the comeback. We'll take a win any way they come. Obviously there are things we need to correct and get better at, but we're still proud with how we played tonight.
Q: On the sack on Bradford, did you realize that his knee went down?
A: Not until they showed it on the jumbotron. I actually thought it should have been intentional grounding.
Q: Do you guys capitalize on…
A: I think it's coaching. A lot of guys are very aware of their surroundings. Boley's play is tremendous. I've seen that same thing happen a lot of times where guys just leave the ball there and think it's an incomplete pass. I think that happened last year, or two years ago. We weren't prepared that game. That could have been another pitch away from a game-changing situation. Tonight, Boley saw it. He always prides himself on how fast he is; he got a chance to show it off tonight.
Q: Did you see Hixon's catch? What did you think of it?A: I did. Might be in the top ten plays of the day.
Q: Would you like to see Vick play on Sunday?
A: Yeah, why not? I mean, that guy is a tremendous athlete. Obviously--as he goes and that offense goes--you always want to beat teams at their best. Me, personally, I would love for him to play. I think he brings out the best in us, too. Maybe we go down there and he's not in there and we think we got this thing won. If he's playing, we know we have to be on our toes. We all know that Philadelphia is a great football team. We're going to have a great game regardless of if Vick plays or not.
