G Chris Snee Interview

Q: Dallas has a great pass rush, another challenge.

A: Yeah. They're good. They have been for years and at times they've given us problems. It's tough when you have five guys who can rush the passer as well as they can. It just locks up one-on-one at times. We just have to win those matchups.

Q: The Cowboys will have a whole week to digest the changes to the O-line.

A: We're talking about an offensive line. I don't think they're going to game plan around [us]. I could be wrong. I don't know. I'm not a defensive coach. I'm not in that locker room, but I know that we're just going to proceed as normal until we get word on David.

Q: How much does Boothe's versatility help?

A:  I've spoken highly of Kevin for years now. I think he deserves to be a starter in this league and he plays like a top-flight starter when he's in there. I have the utmost respect for him. It's tough to move around, but he does it so easily and a few guys can do that.

Q: Is it as if the playoffs start now?

A: Yeah, our playoffs start now. That's how you have to look at it. We know what's at stake. Everyone is aware of what's going on and the circumstance we put ourselves in by not being able to win some of these games, but heads are up. We're not down by any means. We know that we're still in it. If we take care of our own business, hopefully we'll be playing in January.

Q: Does it feel like you haven't won in a long time. A: It does. Losses add up. It's tough on you mentally. It hasn't been an easy four weeks, but that's why you just have to keep pushing through and then come back on Wednesday and move on. Everyone has done that today. We had a pretty good practice, I think.
