Giants add WR Myles White to practice squad

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -**
The Giants have signed wide receiver Myles White to their practice squad.

White, 6-0 and 182 pounds, played in seven games for the Green Bay Packers in 2013. He caught nine passes for 66 yards, including five for 35 yards against Minnesota on Oct. 27. White did stints on the Packers' practice squad in both 2013 and 2014.

White played in all four preseason games for Green Bay this summer. He led the team with 16 receptions for 157 yards and two touchdowns. White had nine catches vs. Philadelphia on Aug. 20, and scored two touchdowns against New Orleans in the finale.

Linebacker Cole Farrand was released from the practice squad.
