Q: How are you feeling?
A: It is getting a little better. Obviously, it is not where I want it to be yet but it is getting better. Â
Q: Are you optimistic about playing on Monday?
A: I am still hoping that I can get out there and suit up on Monday. We still have a few days so obviously I have to see how treatment goes and how it feels running tomorrow. Â

Q: Is it something that you cannot practice and make the trip and play Monday?
A: I am not sure. It can be a situation where it doesn't feel right before the team leaves and I may not make the trip. You never know. Hamstrings are kind of tricky, one minute they can feel good and then you take a setback. I am just trying to take it slow and hopefully it gets better by Monday. Â

Q: How was it when you were running?
A: It was good. I was able to go out and stride out a little bit. It is promising so we have a few more days to get some treatment and hopefully it gets even better. Â

Q: What has to happen in your mind to make you feel like you can play?
A: I just have to test it, just going out with the trainers and getting some work in and doing some drills. If I don't feel right, then I won't be able to play. Obviously, I don't want to put myself in situations where I hurt the team or I hurt myself. I would rather miss another week than miss a few more weeks.
*Â *
Q: Was this the first time you ran today?
A: I jogged on it before and today I was actually able to get out and stride out on it some just to try to get a better feel for what is going on.
*Â *
Q: Is this the most work you have done on it since you hurt it?
A: Yes.
Q:Â Do you have a plan for tomorrow?
A: Â I don't have a plan yet. Once I get my treatment today and talk to the trainers and talk to doc, they will tell me what the plan is.
*Â *
Q: Do you still feel it?
A: Yes, unfortunately, but it is getting better.
Q: Were you able to do more than just run today?
A: Just ran and did a couple cutting drills. That was pretty much about it. Â
*Â *
Q: What did you see from the young linebackers Sunday?
A: I saw a lot of good things with them stepping up and taking different roles and different aspects. They played pretty well.
*Â *
Q: Did anything you saw from Herzlich surprise you?
A: No. Mark is a playmaker. Even seeing some of the things he does at practice, he is always around the ball.
