Manning paying no attention to "legacy" talk

A reporter raised his voice to ask QB Eli Manning at the Timex Performance Center Thursday what he said was "a two-part question." The first part was, "Do you get tired of people asking you about your legacy?" Manning's response was, "Can I say 'yes' and end that question?" He then gave what has become a standard response about trying to do his job and win a championship and paying no attention to the legacy talk.

*More Manning humor: He was asked what kind of impact his brother Peyton, the longtime quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts, had on him for this game.

"He was very helpful in getting me some tickets to the game," Manning said. "I think that's one less thing that I have to worry about."
