OL David Diehl Interview

Re: The loss to Philly.

A: Obviously everybody is disappointed. I think as a group, as an offensive line group, when you're challenged, we're going to step up and make it happen. We had two days off. Guys were in here watching film. Guys were in here lifting. It was actually good to see everybody in that little pissed-off attitude, getting ready to get back on the field. Since we've started, since we prepared this week, guys are fired up. Guys are flying around on the practice field. Guys are holding each other accountable. I know this, I know that we're going to go out and fight on Monday night.

Q: We understand from some of your teammates that you're making the switch back to left tackle. We've seen you do it before, but what kind of adjustments are you making this week? A: [The coaches] actually said that it wasn't 100 per cent. I've been playing reps. It's nothing guaranteed. I've been taking reps at tackle and at guard. In my career I've been a guy who's moved positions and I'm a guy who can play multiple positions.
