OTA recap: What were the Top 5 plays?

5. Cruz's tip drill
In OTA No. 4, quarterback Ryan Nassib tried to thread the needle on a pass through traffic to wide receiver Victor Cruz. The ball was tipped by a swarm of defensive backs, but Cruz kept his head on a swivel and grabbed it out of the air for a completion. **

  1. Cooper Taylor's Pick-6.**

The ball bounced the other way for Nassib in the second-to-last OTA practice on Thursday. Tight end Kellen Davis couldn't hang onto a pass from Nassib over the middle, and the ball slipped out of his hands and into the grasp of second-year safety Cooper Taylor, who took it the other way.**

  1. Randle hits a walk-off**

To the joy of his teammates, wide receiver Rueben Randle brought an early end to practice in OTA No. 9. As the Giants wrapped up the day with their usual two-minute drill, quarterback Eli Manning found Randle on the first play, connecting on a deep pass down the right side. Randle then turned on the jets and took it in for a score. "It was quick," head coach Tom Coughlin said afterwards. "Let's put it that way."**

  1. Prince says "no salsa"**

Working from inside the 10-yard line, Manning attempted a fade pass to Victor Cruz in the back left-hand corner of the end zone. But cornerback Prince Amukamara was all over it, leaping up and swatting the ball away for an incompletion.**

  1. Eli-to-Cruz sideline connection**

Manning, who was questionable heading into OTAs as he recovered from an April 10 ankle procedure, came out firing in the first practice. In our top play, he delivered a perfect pass to Cruz, who made an equally impressive catch while dragging his toe to remain inbounds. **
