Head Coach Brian Daboll
"Tough way to lose. All the way down to the end, 60 minutes. They made one more play than we did. There are a lot of plays that could have changed the outcome of that game, not just one."
On if they slowed down during the lead
"No."
On what changed
"They made some plays. [We] give them credit."
On the defense
"You have a 60-minute game. It's not one play, it's not one position, it's not offense or defense, it's collective."
On similar games
"Two double routers sitting right there in the middle part of the field, different than what we did in Dallas, man-to-man with two routers, they hit a cut and they didn't look over their left-hand side."
On what was upsetting
"We lost the game. It was upsetting."
On QB Jaxson Dart's interception
"He had a max protection look. A number of guys had protection, and they made a nice play."
On the message to the team
"Tough loss. We put our heart and soul into it. [There is] not a lot of talking that needs to be done when you lose a game like that. Everybody gave everything they had."
On the game
"It's tough to lose any game. But certainly, this was a tough one."
On K Jude McAtamney's missed extra points
"The first one was the snap operation with it, and he missed the last one."
On QB Jaxson Dart's performance
"[He is a] competitive guy, but we didn't make enough plays."
On On QB Jaxson Dart's interception
"They had pressure, and they made a good play."
On the injuries
"I'm not going to make excuses. Everybody has injuries."
On CB Deonte Banks coverage of Broncos WR Courtland Sutton on the final drive
"We just lost a tough game. [The] guys gave everything they have. It's a tough way to lose it."
On the changes in the fourth quarter
"We ran some plays that we thought were good plays, some plays that we ran earlier. We didn't do enough to convert on some third downs. It's not one play, it's not one side of the ball, it's collective."
On if he can trust CB Deonte Banks
"Everybody that's out there, we trust."
On evaluating the kicking game
"We'll evaluate everything. Again, it doesn't come down to one play, it was a number of them."
Quarterback Jaxson Dart
On the emotions at the end of the game
"I think right now, it's just really frustrating. I'm trying to put it all together. We had chances to win the game and we didn't do it. It's frustrating."
On the interception in the fourth quarter
"My feet got a little stuck in the ground. That's just unacceptable. I've got to be better."
On leading the drive following the interception
"I never felt like we're gonna lose the game. I looked at the clock and they scored. I said, 'Dang, we've got a lot of time left', and I had no doubt that we we're gonna go down there and score."
On if this was the toughest loss he had ever had
"I've had some tough ones. I just can't stand losing. A loss hurts me the same every time I take one."
On if he was upset about his interception
"Yeah, absolutely. I can't do that. We were in full control of the game. In that situation, you can't do that. That was an unacceptable mistake."
On moving forward
"We'll play in six days, so you can't let one loss lead to another. You've got to fix the things that you messed up on and we've got to finish games. We have to be able to finish the game. We have good leaders on the team, we have good players, we have to find ways to finish the game and bounce back."
On the Broncos' defense
"Coming into the game, I knew that they were a top-two defense in the entire league, so I knew it wasn't going to be easy going out there. They do a lot of really good things, and they've given a lot of people a lot of off hits. Looking back, when I try to reflect on the game, there's probably a few things I wish I would have made this decision or that decision, but we had chances. We just didn't finish the game."
On watching the last play
"It just sucks. Like I said, I hate losing. It's just a bad feeling."
Kicker Jude McAtamney
On his missed extra points
"I missed vital points at vital times today. I'm not going to shy away from that. The snap and hold was good. It was just my lack of execution on the kick. I'm not going to shy away from my mistakes and letting the team down."
On if there was anything wrong with the grass to cause his missed kicks
"Not at all. I had a great week of practice. We practiced on grass and (had) a lot of great warmups, just one of those things. Got to make my kicks once the opportunity comes."
On his final point after attempt
"Honestly, when it came off the foot, I thought it was good. Went for it, looked up and it was wide right. I was as shocked as everyone else. I stuck to my process, went for it and kicked it in the target and pushed it right."
Tight End Daniel Bellinger
On what went wrong during the game
"I mean at the end of the day, it's tough to even think because my mind is just on us not finishing the game. To be honest, that's just where my mind is at right now. We just got to find ways to win."
On the tight ends being more involved in plays
"It gives our offense versatility, allows us to get into a bigger package and run the ball as well as pass the ball and create some mismatches that we feel we're favorable in. (We) keep growing as an offense like that."
On QB Jaxson Dart leading the team in the fourth quarter
"Just resilient. The one word I can describe [QB] Jaxson [Dart] as is resilient and a leader. He's feeling tough right now, but I think he played great. We got to be out there as a team to support him. He played resilient. In that huddle, you wouldn't think he's a rookie the way he carries himself. He's a mature individual who's going have a lot of success in this league. We just got to make sure we have his back."
