Giants Throttle Seattle; Raise $3,000 more for the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance and Healthy U
Eli Manning threw three touchdown passes and Ahmad Bradshaw rushed for two more as the Giants coasted to a 41-7 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
The Giants notched their first win in Seattle since 1981 in one-sided fashion, rolling up 487 yards in a balanced offensive attack, while giving up only 162 yards on defense. One of the three TD passes was snared by Tight End Kevin Boss, the official spokesperson for the Touchdowns for Families Program for the 2010-11 season.
With the victory, the Giants improve to 6-2 on the season. The G-men play again next Sunday, when Dallas visits the New Meadowlands Stadium.
With five touchdowns scored, $3,000 was raised in Week Nine of the 2010-11 season through the Touchdowns for Program, which benefits the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance and its Healthy U program. The Touchdowns for Families Program has now raised more than $16,000 through the first nine weeks of the season.
Touchdowns for Families Program:

With the five touchdowns scored this week, the Alliance raised $1,250 through Horizon and $1,750 through its Master Brokers, bringing the total raised through Week Nine to $16,200. Tight End Kevin Boss is the Official Spokesperson for the Touchdowns for Families Program this season.
If the New York Giants make the NFL post season, Horizon BCBSNJ will increase its donation to $500.00 for each touchdown that the Giants score in each playoff game.
