Training Camp Schedule

All training camp practice sessions will be open to the public and general admission seating for approximately 2,000 is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Standing room along the fence line outside the practice field is also available. There is no admission charge for watching training camp workouts and parking is free. Public parking is in Lot K on the grounds of the Meadowlands Sports Complex. The lots will open to the public one hour before the scheduled start time of practice and lots will close one hour following the conclusion of practice.

Earlier this month, the Giants announced that due to logistical and timing restrictions resulting from the League's labor negotiations, they would not hold training camp this summer at the University at Albany, their camp venue since 1996.

Fan Guidelines: Practice sessions will be open to the public throughout training camp (July 30-Aug. 20). Limited seating is provided alongside the practice fields. Restroom facilities and concession stands will also be available. PLEASE NOTE:In the event of inclement weather, (including rain, thunderstorms and extreme heat) practices will be moved indoors and will be closed to the public.

AUTOGRAPHS AT PRACTICE

After each Giants training camp practice at Timex Performance Center, one of the team's position groups will be signing autographs for the fans in attendance. Below is the schedule of which group will be signing after each practice. Camp concludes on August 20.

Aug. 18 – No practice

Aug. 19 - TIGHT ENDS / FULLBACKS

Aug. 20 - RUNNING BACKS

Directions to Timex Performance Center

From the George Washington Bridge

Take the George Washington Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Take the Turnpike's western spur to one of the Sports Complex's exits, 16W or 18W. These exits provide direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas. Fans can park for free in Lot K, directly next to the Timex Performance Center.

From New York City and points east

Take the Lincoln Tunnel and follow signs for Route 3 West. Take Route 3 West to the Sports Complex. Fans can park for free in Lot K, directly next to the Timex Performance Center.

Traveling North on the New Jersey Turnpike

Follow the Western Spur (Sports Complex to Exit 16W), which provides direct access to Sports Complex parking areas. If the roadway is congested, use the eastern turnpike spur (Lincoln Tunnel) to exit 16E to take Route 3 West which provides direct access to the Sports Complex parking areas. Fans can park for free in Lot K, directly next to the Timex Performance Center.

Traveling South on the Garden State Parkway

Garden State Parkway South to exit 163 (Route 17). Follow Route 17 to Paterson Plank Road. Take Paterson Plank Road east to the Sports Complex. Fans can park for free in Lot K, directly next to the Timex Performance Center.

Traveling North on the Garden State Parkway

Garden State Parkway North to exit 153A (Route 3). Follow Route 3 East to the Sports Complex. Fans can park for free in Lot K, directly next to the Timex Performance Center.

Guided Tours of the Stadium

Guided tours are being offered by New Meadowlands Stadium on day of Giants Training Camp practices.  Tours depart at 4pm, and fans who are interested can register online at www.newmeadowlandsstadium.com/tours.  Tours are $20 for adults with reduced pricing for children ages 5-12 and senior citizens.  The 90 minute experience will take you throughout the building, including: the field, press box, and The Giants' Legacy Club presented by New York Presbyterian Hospital, which features Giants memorabilia from throughout the team's history.
