Travel Log: Heading to New England for preseason finale

For every road game this season, Giants.com will catch up with a member of the team for a travel Q&A. For this week's game in Foxborough, we caught up with center Spencer Pulley.

Q: What do you normally bring with you on the plane?

A: On the plane, I bring my playbook, or my tablet, and my headphones. That's about it really. Not a whole lot.

Q: What do you like to do during the flight?

A: I usually like to watch a little film, listen to music, kind of chill out. Maybe watch a movie.

Q: What do you like to do when you get to the hotel?
A: Usually we get there, get changed, and then go out to eat with some guys. A lot of times, it's the O-line and some other guys. If it's somewhere where I know people, it's nice to see those people that have come to see you.

Q: What's your favorite city to travel to?

A: It's cool to go back home to Tennessee, so Nashville is always cool. I lived in California for a while, so I love going out there, too. But nothing that really jumps out.

Q: Any funny travel stories from previous seasons?

A: Not here (with the Giants), but there was one time with a previous employer where we stayed at this hotel that was supposed to be haunted. That was the myth, I don't know if we just made that up, but there was this backup rookie quarterback. The other quarterbacks went in, messed up his room and did all of this stuff and said it was haunted. He went in there and freaked out and would not go back into his room. He demanded a new room. It was pretty funny.

Q: Have you been to Foxborough before?
A: Yes, I have. I'm excited about going there. That'll be cool Thursday night.

Q: What's your goal heading into this preseason game vs. the Patriots?
A: To get the win, obviously.
