Injury Report: Quarterback
QB Jay Cutler - CHI - Cutler was inactive on Sunday as expected after being limited throughout last week and being listed as out on Friday.
QB Bruce Gradkowski - OAK - Gradkowski was in and out of the game on Sunday due to his sore right shoulder - eventually he was sidelined and Jason Campbell took over to lead the team to a win. Gradkowski will be evaluated further as the week goes along.
QB Aaron Rodgers - GB - Rodgers suffered a concussion during the OT period on Sunday, and will be evaluated further as the week goes along. He'll have to pass the NFL-mandated baseline test before resuming football activities. The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that coach Mike McCarthy said Rodgers would definitely miss some practice time this week and it's possible he could miss the Packers' upcoming home game against Miami.
QB Matthew Stafford - DET - Stafford was unable to practice last week due to his injured right shoulder, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.
QB Michael Vick - PHI - Vick was unable to practice last week due to his injured ribs, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday. Vick has a crack in the cartilage between his second and third ribs and a dislocated rib according to reports - he is thought to be a long shot for the game vs. Atlanta in week six due to the extensive rib problems.
QB Seneca Wallace - CLE - Wallace suffered a sprained right ankle during the game vs. Atlanta - he was unable to continue to play and will be evaluated further as the week goes along.

Running Back
RB Joseph Addai - IND - Addai suffered a shoulder/neck injury during the game on Sunday and didn't return to action - he'll be evaluated further as the week goes along. 'I'm not going to lie,' Addai said after the game. '(Today), that's when you actually feel more of the aches and pains. Right now, I can manage it. Turning [my head] to the left is kind of sore.' Addai will be evaluated further as the week goes along.
RB Donald Brown - IND - Brown was unable to practice last week due to his injured hamstring, and was inactive on Sunday after being listed as questionable on Friday.
RB Reggie Bush - NO - Bush was unable to practice last week due to his injured fibula, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.  
RB Arian Foster - HOU - Foster was limping on the sidelines in the third quarter on Sunday, and head coach Gary Kubiak said after the contest that Foster banged up his knee. Foster did return to the game - he'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
RB Peyton Hillis - CLE - Hillis said he suffered a pulled quad muscle during Thursday's practice and was struggling the whole game. 'I came out there today and tried to warm it up, hoping it would loosen up a little to where I could play and wouldn't feel it, but that wasn't the case,' he said. 'I went out there and knew I wasn't 100 percent, but I knew that my teammates needed me. I wanted to stay out there for them.' 
RB Maurice Jones-Drew - JAX - Jones-Drew left the game in the second half with a wrist injury, but returned. 'It scared me,' head coach Jack Del Rio said. 'I ran out there and he was in pain and he doesn't usually say much. He's very tough. I was concerned, but whatever was going on subsided and he wanted to go back in.' Jones-Drew will be evaluated further as the week goes along.
RB LeSean McCoy - PHI - McCoy, while playing with a broken rib, rushed for 92 yards and a 29-yard touchdown in the win over the San Francisco 49ers. McCoy also grabbed five receptions for 46 yards receiving.
RB Darren McFadden - OAK - McFadden was unable to practice last week due to his injured hamstring, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.
RB Knowshon Moreno - DEN - Moreno was limited in practice on Wednesday and didn't practice on Thursday or Friday due to his ongoing hamstring problems. He was out on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.
RB Clinton Portis - WAS - Portis was inactive on Sunday as expected after being out of practices last week and listed as out on Friday (groin injury).
RB Pierre Thomas - NO - Thomas was unable to practice last week due to his injured ankle, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.

Wide Receiver
WR Steve Breaston - ARI - Breaston was unable to practice last week due to his injured knee, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.
WR Dez Bryant - DAL - Bryant returned to the team's Week 5 game after missing some time with an ankle injury of unspecified severity. He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
WR Chris Chambers - KC - Chambers suffered a finger injury of unspecified severity on Sunday - he'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
WR Mark Clayton - STL - Clayton suffered a torn patella tendon in his right knee in Week 5. Clayton will miss the rest of the season.  
WR DeSean Jackson - PHI - Jackson was held to one catch for eight yards on Sunday night, and he left the game with a knee injury of unspecified severity. Jackson will be evaluated further as the week goes along.
WR Michael Jenkins - ATL - Jenkins missed another game on Sunday due to his ongoing shoulder woes - he was limited in practices last week and listed as questionable to play on Friday.
WR Calvin Johnson - DET - Johnson left in the fourth quarter with a shoulder injury. 'He landed funny,' head coach Jim Schwartz said. 'We'll see where it is (today).' Johnson's injury is being evaluated further.
WR Jacoby Jones - HOU - Jones was unable to practice last week due to his injured calf, and he was out on Sunday as expected after being listed as doubtful on Friday.
WR Legedu Naanee - SD - Naanee suffered a hamstring injury during the game on Sunday and didn't return to action - he'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
WR Chaz Schilens - OAK - Schilens was unable to practice last week due to his injured knee, and was inactive on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.
WR Steve Smith - CAR - Smith didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday and was out of practice on Friday due to his injured ankle, and was out on Sunday as expected after being listed as out on Friday.
WR Demaryius Thomas - DEN - Thomas suffered a head/neck injury of unspecified severity during the game on Sunday. He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.

Tight End
TE Jermichael Finley - GB- Finley will have arthroscopic knee surgery likely Tuesday and will miss at least three weeks. Coach Mike McCarthy did not speculate on how long Finley would be out but said he'd be surprised if this was a season ending injury. NFL.com's Jason LaCanfora reported that he's been told to expect a 3 week recovery time.
TE Donald Lee - GB - The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that Donald Lee suffered a chest sprain and will likely miss a couple weeks.
