Q: Is rest the best thing for your injury?

A: Probably so, just getting a few days off and we will see what happens.

Q: Do you think you will play?

A: As of right now, I don't know. You may ask me tomorrow and it may be something different. I'm hoping to wake up and the pain will be gone. I'm just taking it day-to-day.

Q: Would it surprise you if you weren't able to play the way you have been?

A: Nothing surprises me and with my mentality, I like to bounce back pretty quickly from injuries. This is different; this is something that you have to be smart about. We have a long season ahead of us. If I have to sit out one week and come back the next, I would rather do that than being out for a while. I just have to be smart about the whole situation.

Q: Do you think it is a one week thing?

A: Yes, I don't think it is nothing crazy like it will be two, three or four weeks. It is a matter of me not wanting it to be there so I have to be cautious about it and take care of it.

Q: How does the loss of yourself and Ahmad Bradshaw hurt the offense?

A: We have Ramses back up this week so we can see what he does. He has had good practices and guys are ready to step up. Scott has taken some reps out of the backfield and we have Jacobs who is obviously going to handle the load. We have guys that are going to step up so I don't think they will miss us too much.

Q: Does not having the two of you make the offense weaker?

A: I wouldn't say it makes us weaker, guys will just step up. Eli is hot right now and he will definitely keep it going. Jacobs is always a threat and he will do his part in the backfield.
