5 Giants to watch vs. Redskins
These 5 players could make a huge impact vs. the Redskins this Sunday

RB SHANE VEREENKnown primarily for his receiving ability out of the backfield, Shane Vereen has been leaned on in the ground game and already has 20 carries, roughly one-third of what he had all of last season. That trend could continue with Rashad Jennings dealing with a thumb injury.

WR ODELL BECKHAM JR. Still looking for the end zone for the first time this season, Odell Beckham Jr. has 28 receptions for 364 yards and five touchdowns in three career games against the Redskins.

CB JANORIS JENKINSThe reigning NFC Special Teams Player of the Week has been doing it all for the Giants this season. In addition to the 65-yard touchdown return on Johnathan Hankins' blocked field goal attempt, Janoris Jenkins has 11 tackles (one for loss) and two passes defensed.

DE JASON PIERRE-PAULJason Pierre-Paul has 8.5 sacks in nine games against Washington, the most of his career against any opponent. Meanwhile, the Giants' defensive line is searching for its first sack of the season.

SAFETY NAT BERHEWith Darian Thompson sidelined by a foot injury, third-year safety Nat Berhe is the next man up once again. Berhe, who started in the season opener while Thompson was still getting over a shoulder injury, has eight tackles on defense this year and two more on special teams.
