-- The big news is there is no news. If you've been following camp thus far, there were no real surprises. The first thing on fans' minds is the starting lineup at linebacker. According to this and the first week of training camp, Mark Herzlich will man the middle with Keith Rivers and Spencer Paysinger on the outside.

-- Running backs David Wilson and Andre Brown were bolded, meaning they are both listed as starters. We saw a similar thing all last year at right defensive end.

--There are three drafted rookies on the heels of starters. Right tackle Justin Pugh (David Diehl), left defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins (Linval Joseph), and left defensive end Damontre Moore (Justin Tuck) are all listed second on the depth chart.

-- Rookie Ryan Nassib is listed ahead of Curtis Painter to take the third-string quarterback role behind David Carr and Eli Manning.

-- Long snapper Zak DeOssie, punter Steve Weatherford, and kicker Josh Brown are the only three players without any competition behind them on the current roster. They will make up the core of the special teams this season.

-- Second-year players Wilson and Rueben Randle are listed as the primary kickoff and punt returners, respectively. The Giants' top two draft picks from last year are expected to play larger roles on offense this season.

-- Victor Cruz, like he was last season, is listed at the very bottom of punt returners. He usually fields a punt or two each practice, meaning he is presumably Tom Coughlin's last bullet should the situation arise in a game. **[
