Here are the players that moved the most in Jeremiah's latest rankings, along with commentary from the draft analyst.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State - Moved up to No. 19 (+4)

"Smith-Njigba reminds me of Amon-Ra St. Brown, and I believe he'll make a similar impact in the NFL."

Deonte Banks, CB, Maryland - Moved up to No. 24 (+4)

"Banks has excellent height, bulk and length for the position."

Emmanuel Forbes, CB, Mississippi State - Moved up to No. 34 (+4)

Luke Musgrave, TE, Oregon State - Moved up to No. 39 (+4)

"Musgrave is a tall, muscular tight end with elite play speed."

Keeanu Benton, DT, Wisconsin - Moved up to No. 47 (Previously Unranked)

"Benton has the tools to develop into a solid three-down player at the next level."

Biggest Fallers

Keele Ringo, CB, Georgia - Moved down to No. 46 (-6)

"Ringo is a tall, thick cornerback prospect with outstanding straight-line speed."

Joey Porter Jr., CB, Penn State - Moved down to No. 20 (-5)

"Porter should be a Day 1 starter capable of matching up with the bigger wideouts around the league."

Jordan Addison, WR, USC - Moved down to No. 13 (-4)

"Addison should become a high-volume pass catcher very early in his pro career."

Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee - Moved down to No. 40 (-4)

"Hyatt is a home run hitter with reliable hands."
