The Giants travel to Detroit to play the Lions in Week 8 on Sunday, Oct. 27. Kickoff is 1 p.m. at Ford Field.
MATCHUP
This week's game marks the 45th regular-season meeting between the two teams. A win on Sunday would improve the Giants' all-time record against the Lions to 22-22-1. A victory would also improve the Giants' road record vs. Detroit to 10-13-1.
The teams last met on Sept. 18, 2017, when the Lions beat the Giants, 24-10, in MetLife Stadium. They last faced each other in Ford Field on Sept. 8, 2014, when the Lions beat the Giants, 35-14. The Lions are 2-3-1 are coming off a 42-30 loss to the Minnesota Vikings in Week 7.
