Adam Schrack is in his sixth year in the NFL and first as the offensive quality control coach for the New York Giants. He joins the Giants after spending his first five seasons in the league on John Harbaugh's staff with the Baltimore Ravens.
Schrack served as an offensive quality control coach for Baltimore during the 2024 and 2025 seasons, working closely with the running backs. He originally joined the Ravens as a coaching research intern (2021–22) before being promoted to coaching analyst in 2023. In that role, he supported the team's research department by producing weekly reports on opponents and contributing to the organization's self-scouting processes.
Before entering the NFL, Schrack spent four seasons at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio, coaching running backs. In 2020, he also served as the team's special teams coordinator. While at NDC, Schrack worked closely with Jaleel McLaughlin, current Denver Broncos running back, who shattered school and national records. McLaughlin was a finalist for the Harlon Hill Award, presented annually to the nation's top Division II player, in both 2018 and 2019.
Schrack held several roles before his time at NDC. He served as a recruiting operations coordinator and assistant to the tight ends coach at Michigan in 2016. He also coached wide receivers for USA Football during the National Development Games and contributed on both sides of the ball at Archbishop Hoban High School (Akron, Ohio) and his alma mater, Mogadore High School (Mogadore, Ohio). He began his coaching career as an undergraduate assistant at Kent State University, working primarily with the running backs.
A graduate of Kent State, Schrack earned his bachelor's degree in education in 2015.
