Megan Rosburg is in her first season as the New York Giants' assistant to the head coach/defensive assistant. She works closely with head coach John Harbaugh in all areas, including football operations, scheduling, communications and staff management. She is the operational leader of the coaching staff.
She joins the Giants after spending the last four seasons (2022-25) with the Baltimore Ravens. In addition to her duties as assistant to the head coach, Rosburg worked with the Ravens' defensive line and outside linebacker groups throughout her tenure, adding defensive assistant to her title in 2024. As a defensive assistant, she prepares weekly opponent scouting materials and assists with the scout-team execution at practice.
Prior to working with the Ravens, Rosburg held roles at Xenith and Under Armour.
Rosburg attended American University, where she was a four-year member of the volleyball team. She was instrumental in the program's three Patriot League Championships and its first-ever Sweet 16 appearance in the 2013 NCAA Division I Tournament. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from American in 2014.
Rosburg prepped at River Hill High School in Clarksville, Md., where she was named the 2010-11 Gatorade Maryland Volleyball Player of the Year. The volleyball standout comes from an athletic family, including her father, Jerry Rosburg, who served as the Ravens' special teams coordinator/assistant head coach from 2008 to 2018. Her brother, Jerad, played hockey at Michigan State and in the NHL, and her sister, Margaret, played volleyball at St. Louis University.
