PARKING AND ARRIVALS
Parking Pass Required
For Giants games, a prepaid parking pass is required for entry. Parking lots will open 5 hours before the start of the game. All parking passes are available via Mobile Device Entry or Print-at-Home.
All parking passes are available via Mobile Device Entry or Print-at-Home. To print your parking pass(es) online ahead of time, log in to Giants.com/myaccount from a computer that is connected to a printer. When you select a parking event, at the top right under "More" you will find the button to "Print." This will create a PDF with barcode you can print and bring with you.
You can not print parking passes from the Giants App or a mobile device. You must log in to your account
A designated Ride Share Zone is located in Lot E off of West Peripheral Road, right outside of the Verizon Gate. When you request a ride from a rideshare service such as Lyft or Uber at MetLife Stadium, your pickup location will default to a pin in the pickup zone. Once you place your request, head to the Rideshare Zone in Lot E and look out for a call or text from your driver to let you know which row they are parked in.
Be advised that rideshare surge pricing is often in effect after the game and larger crowds will result in longer than usual wait times.
New in 2025 season, mobile ticket barcodes will no longer be accessible through Giants.com/myaccount. If you do try to access your tickets via this URL, you will have the ability to save your tickets your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. You can always access your mobile tickets directly through the Giants mobile app via the Tickets menu and selecting My Giants Account at the top.
Security Screening
Please take notice of a new security screening practice: you are required to remove all metal objects from your pockets and bags, including cellphones, place them on the security table, and you will now carry your bag and any other hand-carried items with you through the metal detector. You will collect your metal objects once you've walked through the metal detector.
Mobile Tickets
Mobile ticketing is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to Giants games. Your mobile device is your ticket.
The easiest way to access and manage your tickets is with the most up-to-date version of the Giants app.
Guests may carry in one bag that is clear and no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". Fans may also carry in a small clutch bag, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". Click to view the full carry-in policy.
Connect to 'GiantsFreeWiFi' or download your tickets to your mobile wallet.
Self-Scan Entry
You can scan your own tickets at our self-service pedestals located at each gate entrance. Pedestals support both barcode scanning or mobile wallets, and staff will be available to assist, if needed.
