Highlights from 'Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants' premiere

The five-part original series "Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants" premiered Tuesday night, shining a light onto the team's front office.

Over the next month, the show will bring viewers inside the Giants organization as the team prepares for their highly anticipated 100th season. Camera crews have chronicled the team's every move as general manager Joe Schoen, coach Brian Daboll, and their staffs navigated the critical offseason from the NFL Scouting Combine to free agency, the draft, and spring practices.

In the premiere episode, viewers got a glimpse into how trade discussions between Schoen and Panthers general manager Dan Morgan began at the Senior Bowl, which resulted in the Giants acquiring outside linebacker Brian Burns at the start of free agency.

Here are some highlights from the premiere episode.

Step into the draft room as the Giants select wide receiver Malik Nabers with their first-round pick.
