Baker, the inaugural recipient of the Rosie Brown Minority Coaching Fellowship, will be an offensive quality control coach, while Cade Knox was hired as an offensive assistant/game manager.

Martindale believes in going on the offensive when it comes to running a defense.

The Giants' new offensive coordinator sat down with Bob Papa in his first interview since joining the team.

Coach Brian Daboll announced two additions to the Giants' coaching staff, one with an extensive NFL resume and another relatively new to the league.

McGaughey is entering his fifth season as the Giants' special teams coordinator and his ninth year overall with the franchise. 

Kafka is the team's new OC, Martindale will coordinate the defense while McGaughey returns to lead the special teams unit. 

The group of newcomers to the Giants organization includes Young, the first woman to hold a coaching position in Giants history. 

Jerome Henderson, Mike Treier, Anthony Blevins and Nick Williams will all return to the Giants under head coach Brian Daboll.  

John Egorugwu will coach the inside linebackers and Drew Wilkins the outside backers, while Christian Jones joins the staff as an offensive assistant.

Kafka comes to the Giants following five seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, including the last four as their quarterbacks coach. 

Martindale comes to the Giants following 10 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, including the last four as their defensive coordinator. 

McGaughey will return as the team's special teams coordinator for the fourth consecutive season and his eighth overall with the Giants.
